About Us

I really enjoy the challenge of building, remodeling, and adding new space for my customers.  It is satisfying to complete projects while working with customers, plans, vendors, and trades.  Since 2004 my wife Ashley & I have been working together in our business.  Ashley runs the office and I am responsible for all aspects of project management.  Our goal is to provide a quality product for our valued customers.  We appreciate our customers and are thankful for the opportunities we have to work together with them on their projects.

For the last 30 years my work has exclusively been in construction-related fields.  In 1992 I joined the Navy Seabees as a Civil Engineering Assistant serving five years on active duty.  I learned construction surveying, estimating, drafting, and soils testing.  While in the Navy I went to college at night and earned an associate’s degree in construction management.  In 1997 I returned to South Carolina and met Ashley.  From 1997 to 2004 I worked for a civil engineering firm & a home building company.  Ashley and I live outside of Columbia with our four Pugs.  Our daughter attends the University of South Carolina.
