Biography:
Building is what I love to do, for the last 17 years my work has surrounded construction related fields. My first taste of the business was doing construction surveys after high school for a local survey company. I then became more interested in construction. The Navy Seabees was my next construction adventure as an Engineering Assistant, with the five years of active duty I learned more extensive surveying, estimating, drafting, building practices and soil testing. While in the military I went to Ventura College in Ventura, CA at night and earned an Associate's Degree in Construction Management.
After the military I returned to South Carolina in 1997 and worked for an engineering firm as a project representative. While traveling the state I was helping to manage civil engineering projects. I met my wife Ashley and wanted to stay closer to home. Ashley helped me send out resumes to home builders in the Columbia area. For six years I worked at various positions for a large residential building company. In 2004 I started my own company. I enjoy the challenge of building new homes, remodeling and adding new space for my customers. My wife Ashley and I live outside of Columbia with our daughter Mary Fate.
